MIRROR成員呂爵安(Edan)一向瘦底,惟近日為ViuTV新劇《i.Swim》開工的Edan,為了在劇中有更完美的演出,頻頻做運動健身增肌,同時搭配低碳水化合物加高蛋白的健康飲食,以「大隻安」為目標努力練出完美身型。

新劇《i.Swim》以游泳為題材,Edan在戲中當然也不乏游泳場面。日前Edan就在Instagram分享過自己的日常食物,都是以原型食物為主。而他亦講過,自己會帶番薯、雞蛋,以及蛋白奶粉等食物,盡量戒食澱粉質,採用低碳及高蛋白飲食方法。

除了飲食之外,Edan不僅會勤力練水,也會積極運動健身,他就曾在IG分享一段舉啞鈴的影片。片中可見Edan邊舉啞鈴邊露出「老鼠仔」,他表示自己在早上連續游了兩個半小時,食完午餐再去做了一個半小時健身運動。高強度的運動加上健康飲食,務求變成「大隻安」。
